So back in like 2 months ago I was dumb and decided to go over this dudes I had been “talking” to’s house. He lived rather far so I spent $23 on the Lyft there and $25 on the Lyft back, not including tips. He initially told me he would atleast pay for the Lyft back when I got there. When I got there it seems we had different ideas on what to do so like we just hung out for a minute and then I was ready to go. He then did that whole “ah my card doesn’t work with Lyft, I’ll cashapp you thing”. So I just called my own home and was kinda upset because I spent over $50 dollars in 2 hours to get to and from a LVM’s house. I haven’t really been worried about it because I’ve had money and I honestly didn’t really wanna talk to him again. He’s been watching every single one of my Snapchat stories no matter how early/late I post them and he starts back texting me about how he actually wants to try and build something with me. I’m not really falling for it so I just sorta don’t respond much. Now I’m pretty broke due to poor planning of a trip and want atleast half my money back. I send the cashapp request and he replied back 3 minutes later with a “You’re funny.” Do I just block and write it off or should I wait?
