I needed this today! One of the guys I’ve been seeing is super flaky and at this point I’m wondering if he even wants to see me. He’s said he does, but his actions don’t say it at all. It’s a shame because I really like him, but I guess he just doesn’t feel the same way about me.

Time to block & delete. Alot of men are convincing with their words but won't actually act out anything they're promising.

Yeah, it’s a mystery. When I’m with him he doesn’t make me wonder at all, and most of the time when we talk he doesn’t either. It’s just because we couldn’t see each other due to lockdown and now I don’t work with him so literally never have to see him again. So I guess he’s moved on.

When a guy starts being flaky, it means he's not that into you. I've been there, he probably found someone new and is still texting you in case his first option falls through.

it’s the cold hard truth. if a man got to be in contact with margot robbie or selena gomez, do you think he’d be waiting days and days to text her back, throwing the ball in her court to plan dates, or saying “if you want” or “i guess” when she brought up ideas for things to do? clearly not. they only act that way when they’re into another woman or are already bored of you (never cared about your personality and had sex with you a few times early on).

💯
it’s so important to stop your ego from tricking you into thinking he really is “busy” or whatever lie he tells you because it’s simply not true. always believe actions first

It seems like its all about looks for them

It does seem that way unfortunately. I could come up with reasons for his behaviour all day, but really if he was into me then he’d be trying to see me.

Always trust actions than words. He can say "I love you" every day and every night, but if his actions didn't really show it, then it's useless. I learn the hard way from this.

I liked him partly because he never says stuff he doesn’t mean, which means that luckily I don’t have him telling me he loves me or any of that stuff.
A part of me wishes he would say it, but then it would be much harder to leave.

In my experience, if how a guy treats you when you’re not physically together to when you are physically together don’t match up then it’s not going to work.
So many times when I was in their company and it’s fantastic (or seems so) then the in between times are like a desert full of tumbleweeds leaving you wondering...like it’s not that they’re just busy, no one is too busy to communicate that they’re hitting a busy spell to someone that matters to them.

It’s honestly confusing. If I have a problem or I’m upset, then he’s there and he’ll talk to me, whether I’m actually with him or not. But when things are going well and I just want to talk to him, then that’s when he’s less available. He never doesn’t talk to me for more than a day, and if I don’t message him then he’ll always message me the day after.
Everything seems fine, except he doesn’t seem to want to actually see me. He has a lot of interviews this week and said he’d let me know when they are so we can see each other. Which he never followed up on, so that tells me he doesn’t really care.

Yes, a HVM will actually want to initiate and pursue - you giving him space to do so will simply allow him to step into the role he wants anyway. Men of quality LOVE being given the opportunity to pull out all the stops and impress a woman.
Only uninterested LVM would behave in such a lazy, passive manner and let a woman of quality slip through their fingers.

And to add on that: consistency.
He can do all the chasing and planning in the first few months, and when we are reeled in, see if they will start slacking off and stop all the efforts.

Yes you get a man who's enthusiastic to be with you, not someone who's dragging his feet. We should all recognize this. And I believe drop the man who's not excited to be in your presence.

I will only dare a guy who is as enthusiastic about being with me as I am enthusiastic about being with myself

Yup, that’s the truth. Dump at the first sign of flakery.
