I think you need to read the handbook. Nothing about this is correct. When he offers a walk in the park date you just don't talk to him anymore because he's told you he's not serious. The communication is over it's done.

Just stop messaging after they offer the park. HVM don’t start with a lowball offer and work their way up when you counter or call them on it. Good treatment isn’t a negotiation. A low value offer shows that they are LV, just walk away. It’s not you, most men are just LV these days

Block and delete. The moment they show their hand you're out. Not worth the energy. Also you shouldn't have to teach someone how to treat you, they'll just mirror you and pretend to be your ideal guy for a bit before returning to their LVM traits.

I believe the phrasing in the handbook is: "That's the not type of date I'm accustomed to.".

Either that, or as the comment below says, just block and delete when they try it on. No need to waste time if they're going to waste yours.

No point trying to correct these guys, let them ruin their own dating life by continuously offering park dates and being cheap. I used to try and negotiate too but I don’t want to teach them how to date the next girl.🤡
