I'm assuming this was really recent. I think first and foremost, you need to accept that the relationship is over and then you need to prioritize yourself.

Its cliche but now really is the time to build yourself up and level up. An abundance mentality is key here. Also, a "HVM" that dumps you is no longer a HVM to you.

I'm not saying he is bad or anything like that- but if he dumped you then he isnt the one for you sis. Careful not to idolize him and demonize yourself.

Try your best to focus your attention on friends, families and some hobbies you can engage in during this difficult time (which I know is even harder because covid19). Hang in there, with time things will improve and remember ultimately the best love story is the one you have with yourself.

*hugs* I highly recommend this book. The relationship inventory is incredibly powerful. It gives you the tools to heal and learn from the past and process it. She also has a blog and youtube channel, but for the most healing I reallyyy recommend the book bc it's very in depth and will teach you how to REALLY recover.
