Misogynists have learned they can be very openly misogynistic if they make it about white women, even if they themselves are white. His insult doesn't even make sense though. White women fake cry because...?? Why not just say crocodile tears like a half educated person would?

And no, imo most men have hearty respect for other men, to the point that it sometimes feels like more fearful respect to me. They know most women can't or won't do much for mistreating them, but they very well know another man could put them in their place verbally or physically. I wonder if this fear of other men makes them resentful and instead of just dropping these toxic relationships, they just take the resentment out on women.

“White women’s tears” is a (real, academic) term used to describe how WW leverage their privilege to silence women of color specifically. Now your ex is co-opting it to dismiss and silence women of all races. It’s gaslighting and a weak attempt to devalue the descriptor.

I knew my relationship was over when my ex hurt my feelings and completely ignored me when it caused me to cry. I never showed him my tears or emotions again and he didn't like that either. Go figure 🤷🏻‍♀️

Because people/society allow them to get away with it. For men, there are different rules 🤷‍♀️ They don’t expect to have to face consequences for their actions.

Men have always dismissed womens emotions and degraded them for it. That's why they're so obsessed with pretending they are the ones being "oppressed" for having emotions right now, they're just projecting how they treat women onto women and want to pretend they are the victim in some way.
