To be fair if a guy was always late we would rightfully be upset with him for not taking our time seriously. Glass of wine every night is fine but always being late is a low value person trait in my opinion

My ex could never memorize my coffee order even though I told him a million times and he would get annoyed and ask me to text it to him cause it's so specific. The guy I'm seeing now laughed when he heard me order it for the first time and said he wasn't laughing at me, he was just amused/impressed cause I know what I want. He only had to hear me order it once to memorize it too. I was shocked that he remembered it a few days later just from overhearing it cause my ex made it seem like it was so complicated. It's the little things like this that remind me that when someone likes you for you, they will celebrate every part of you.

I'd watch out for low-key alcoholism though. Drinking every day, even a little, can seriously fuck you up in the long run.

That's a good point.

Several guys have made weird comments about me coming off as too "fancy." If I pick a nice looking but decently priced restaurant, if I wear nice looking clothes, if I enjoy beautiful things in general.

I spend very reasonably too, but LVM don't like to see a woman who's used to pampering herself. They get nervous thinking they will be held to some standard.

I think those are reasonable things to be annoyed with in a romantic partner. Not the best example of a HVM.
