Not all accusers are victims. To presume an accuser is a victim deprives the accused of due process. It seems many non-victims accused innocent people, apparently mostly (all?) men, which Title IX made worse.

As for the pandemic, what time is better to fix injustices? Is a man's innocence less valuable now?

This is a great point about define "left" in left wing. No due process is very much a current left wing position while due process is a right wing position for most issues.

So if you're pro due process what does it make you? The whole political alignment is fucked.
