I wonder if you need to complicate it with the added "Group Y".

Is it possible to word it in terms of disproportionate problems from Group X, and then just say "remaining population" or something like that.

Great text as usual! I'm wondering why you've only selected the topics of health and education, and why not other topics, like judicial issues for eg? I understand topics like circumcision, or father's rights would "out" straight away who group X is, so I understand they're kind of out of the window for the purpose of this campaign, but judicial issues would be a good additional point.

And I've always heard in my marketing and influencing courses that it's somehow better to have 3 sub-points, it has a perfect balance between being not too long and hitting the nail down.

One thing you might consider when working on this is that less is more.

Especially if the goal is for it to be read by politicians who usually have their time and attention stretched pretty thin.

I think it's probably a good length as it is. But if you start adding more and more, you might want to consider which parts are the most impactful. And then thin out some of the other stuff.

I would prefer the word "almost" be added to the ICU admit rate for males with Covid (study found 2.8x higher, not quite 3). Minor, but it fits with the "more than" used with the prior stats.

Overall I liked it; agree with the suggestions to avoid using a group Y if possible.

Put the least known statistics at the beginning and stuff like suicide rates at the end to not give it away too soon.

I think men and boys should be named. misandrists want to erase men and boys from the conversation and we should do the opposite.

Yes they will react negatively but this because few people are talking about men and boys. i still remember the first i've read a post critical of islam. i was very ofended. i even shared the page in islamic groups to repot it. but the more i start reading the less emotionnaly i react. i start to read and watch video critical of the coran and don't feel anything. i started to think critically. and now i'm an atheist.

We should metion men and boys with time the emotional reaction will go. I think spreading posters about male disadvantages in the streets/universities/high schools will make people start reacting less emotionally and more thinking rationally.

Examples of posters:

Gender empathy gap.

International men's day.

Domestic violence.

Another good idea for a poster is 5 screenshots of titles of misandric articles(like why can't we hate men from washington post) /tweets/quotes from famous politicans with a text. in the text you can write the definition of misandry. a lot of people didn't even heard the term "misandry"

Additionally, not a critic on the text itself but a suggestion for how to go about developing it. I once did a formation about "framing" for social issues which was original for LGBT issues, but same principle applies for any social issues. One of the points they stressed is to try and test our campaigns with random people of possible and get their feedback. This could any non-involved people like more or less close family, friends, etc. In a first instance see their first reactions, questions, feelings etc and in a second time prob them more directly about what they thought about it, what was their emotional reaction, etc. This can help give really helpful feedback to fine tune your campaign towards people which are not directly involved with the issue, as one communicates differently towards involved and non-involved people.

Your idea about called men is really great btw. Not only takes out initial negative bias towards men, but most of all it creates mystery around your topic of discussion, and it has been more than proven now that creating a sort of mystery, unknown, around a certain topic is one of the best way to attract people's attention.
