It's really not that different, bro. Men can't coast on looks the way women can. Trust me I was 6'3' and 180 pounds, and looking back in my late teens early 20s I was a good-looking kid. I was also utterly invisible because I was terrified of rejection and couldn't relate to people socially (I was also very socially awkward in general).

I blamed a lot of my isolation on my looks. Kept assuming I was ugly and that's why women weren't approaching me, putting moves on me, etc. It wasn't until I got a lot older that I realized women don't put the moves on men. The best they'll do is make you WONDER if they are putting the moves on you, and then you have to take the risk and make the first REAL move.

I've been blown away by the ability some fat or ugly (or both) guys have to attract women. It's totally doable. For men to obsess on their looks is just wrong. Women are playing a WAY higher level game than that, and you can play it too.

My point is, you can get women being fat. You totally can. They sure as fuck won't approach you but they never approach anyone. Don't make the mistake of thinking that if you just lose weight women will flock to you. Won't happen. You can develop the game you need to get women whether you're fat or skinny, doesn't matter really. Looks are a very small component of men's attractiveness.

Ex fat guy here 300lbs at 21 years old. There's no easy way or magic pill, it will take YEARS! There will be little victories along the way but it is a struggle that will last your entire life, get used to that.

Step one is, find things you can do where you can put aside being selficinciouse. Like walking, listen to podcasts or YouTube videos and walk every day for an hour. Raining? Walk at home, get an elyptical, get a spinner bike. Just go, no resistance or running, just move an hour a day. Now skip breakfast and keep lunch under 600 calories. It doesn't matter what you eat, 600 calories, have a protein shake at 3. Now have another 600 calories for dinner, Do this for a month.

Basically diet is the answer.

I suggest you try diets that a. Work and b. You like. ??

It's easy to get hung up on the latest fad diet but I found I can't follow those diets sometimes. It's at this point that I'd quit just thinking I don't have the ability. Don't do that.

Instead, think of diets as disposable pens. There are a billion of them and if one doesn't work throw it out and try a different diet. Find the best one for you.

I'm going to try IF, maybe OMAD (/r/omad) because when I'm working, it's easy for me to skip meals.

I'm about 6 foot and I managed to slim down from 213lbs to about 185lbs (97kg to 84kg) in under 5 months. I managed it by just not eating crap. I get ONE bad thing per week (like a doughnut or something) and try to be strict the rest of the time, and the weight just fell off me. Aiming for a lean and athletic 175lbs which I'm hoping to hit by Christmas.

I'm 13 years older than you if I can do it so can you.

If you cant lose weight then use the fat to your advantage. Commercial/ TV work. Comedy clubs. Learn to talk shit to the audience. Tell em to fuck off every now and again. Being fat does suck. Being fat and poor sucks more. Do your best to get some money. Exercise during your mission. You can then have that awesome transformation from fat to fit with the possibility of being famous 🤷🏾‍♂️

I thing that the secret to loose weight effectively is to make it part of a habit that you can tolerate (for example, don't try weights if you get bored at the gym, instead do more of the sport you like, like say running around naked after leaving a hot sauna to get in the cold snow, or whatever you guys do ;) Hang in there bro.

I refuse to lose weight on principle these days. I'm really trying to not gain MORE weight, but also I try to not lose any LESS. Why? Because I'm lazy and I do believe in doing only what's strictly necessary.

In fact, I'm only fat because I'm lazy, since my caloric intake is pretty normal: I barely eat fast food or drink sodas (only once or twice a month, usually with friends), I'm not a huge fan of sweets (I don't eat dessert, and I usually avoid eating sweet snacks), and I even eat vegetables whenever I can (I usually eat at the same place everyday while working and they have some selection of salads to complement the lunch). I even cut on sugar on the coffee I drink while working. I'm pretty sure I could lose weight by doing minimal physical activities daily.

But I won't. Because I don't want to. And since I really don't care about attracting a partner, I don't see why I should want it. "Muh health" - I'm still perfectly healthy, mostly because I'm still under 40. When I get older, then maybe I'll suffer the consequences for my choices today. Maybe I'll even die for them. Who cares? All and all, the world is a prison anyway. Leaving it would be whatever. Quae Sera, Sera

Coffee and tea with eggs and cottage cheese is what helped me. Hot liquid fills you much better and allows to swallow not as tasty food easily.
