Nice pic!
I still miss my grandfather, who always supported us when needed, but what I like the most is that he taught me about repairing and maintenace, and initiated me in the Electronics field, which later became my career. During these hours spent together, he made me most of the man I am today.
To those of you who work hard to support your children, never forget that daily life memories are priceless!

If I was a woman I would have my tits out playing video games and making that ea$y.
[–]candleelit43 points44 points45 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Then you would be what’s wrong with society.
[–]GarbageAccount11559 points60 points61 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Nah, the people that are enabling that behavior to earn a living are what’s wrong with society.
[–]2teed1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
One enables, the other perpetuates, and round and round we go. I would say they’re both an eyesore on society, but eradicating them all entirely would not fix “what’s wrong with society”. I can think of many more things that are much more devastating to society than some girl playing video games with her tits out and lonely men/women on the other side paying to see.

It's degenerate, but not in of itself immoral if aimed towards adults. The main issue with twitch girls is they aim their ... assets towards kids. That's very disturbing.
[–]Crixusgannicus23 points24 points25 points 6 years ago (18 children) | Copy Link
Most "child support" isn't actually spent on the child. You should be able to demand by law receipts to show where the money is ACTUALLY going.
I think we know where a lot of it is actually going, don't we Gentlemen?

The arguments woman and simps have towards this is hilarious
[–]teslaistheshit10 points11 points12 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
In Florida there's a calculator to understand what child support will cost. I've never understood why income has anything to do with it. The cost for a child comes down to basic needs like food, clothing, and education which are easy to speculate. The REAL reason is the state knows women are frivolous and will spend away that extra money and that's good for business.
[–]Crixusgannicus0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You have spoken wisely!
[–]greygod37 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I mean it doesn’t matter what it’s being spent on but who it’s going to. If you give the mom 400 bucks. And she spends the 400 you gave her on daycare that’s 400 bucks she doesn’t have to spend on daycare that can go to stuff for her. What’s it matter who’s 400 is spent. Daycare for my child is about 1000 a month and insurance is about 300 alone. So I know someone’s money is being spent for his care.
[+]zzzrecruit-6 points-5 points-4 points 6 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, to bills, gas, insurance, food, medicine, and clothes for the kid. I would absolutely choose a measly $300-$400 payment per month over the actual cost and physically caring for the kid. And it's even more expensive and time consuming if the child is an infant.
I would like to know what you were implying on where that money goes?

She is meant to be paying the bills with her own goddamned job. A mother without a job should not have custody over her child. Most of the time the men want custody over it too. Women use child support as another flow of income. They tend to spend little to none of it on the child.
[–]Crixusgannicus2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
I don't imply a damn thing. I don't imply a damn thing. I'm not a beta. If I have something to say I say it. Maybe I wasn't blunt enough. Allow me.
WOMEN SOMETIMES SPEND CHILD SUPPORT MONEY ON THINGS OTHER THE CHILD.
I've SEEN it.
Fortunately not done to me. I have no kids.
But back when I still dated single mothers, I've got eyes and I pay attention so I don't wind up paying child support.
WOMEN SOMETIMES SPEND CHILD SUPPORT MONEY ON THINGS OTHER THE CHILD. THAT INCLUDED SPENDING CHILD SUPPORT MONEY ON ME BEFORE I SHUT THAT SHIT DOWN BY GETTING THE FUCK OUT!

New here. Just discovered MGTOW. Now I agree some women use child support and abuse it. But what about when the fathers abandon the mother and child and refuse to give any kind of support, do you think its ok then for women to force child support IF she needs it?
Also, why is there no stories on reverse child support? When the mother leaves and the father forces the mother to pay because its hard to work and be a parent at the same time. Now that I think about it, I've never heard of a single story where a mother pays child support.
[–]Fortius1410 points11 points12 points 6 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
There are some. For example, Britney Spears. But that is the exception and not the rule. I truly hope all men go for child support if they get a chance. Sometimes I don't think men fight hard enough.
[–]Rabbid_Rabbit870 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
That's true in alot of cases I've heard about, even with some women. They just don't want to fight hard enough. Personally, if they really don't need the money to take care of their child as a single parent, they shouldn't fight for child support. Hmm... Maybe thats why men dont fight for as much as women.
[–]Fortius141 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I see your point. I think men should pursue to help with changing the laws. Whether they need the money or not. If they don't need it, it can be placed in an account for the kid for their discretion when they get 18 or 21. It's kinda like when New Jersey redid the alimony laws. It will only happen if women are put into the situation.
[–]parentectomy[S] 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
If she can't support her child without the fathers money then she shouldn't be a parent. What if in the event the father died? Whats she gonna do then? A responsible parent would ensure they could financially support the kids on their own. It's irresponsible to rely on others to survive.
[–]Rabbid_Rabbit871 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I think you missed the point.
Clearly parents intend on having children from the get go in most cases. Sometimes things lead to separation. Working and raising a kid on your own is not something that is planned, you do understand that right? What if you need to leave your job to pick up your kid from school or they are sick or injure themselves and it puts too much strain on your job that you wind up losing or unable to maintain it. Now you are on welfare and the only other source of income is the father or mother. What then? It's ridiculous to say you could plan for the remote possibility of separation down the road or any other of lifes road bumps. If one parent dies well thats rough, but it doesn't make the living one irresponsible, it means they fell into a shitty situation that was unavoidable. Unless you say they should have never separated to begin with, but then thats toxic as fuck for the childs upbringing if either the father or mother are not happy with one another.
Also, it would be equally irresponsible for the father to choose a woman with no life skills or work to have a child with. He dug his own grave at that point. And if it is his choice to leave, that woman needs to survive some how. Now reverse the roles, say it is the woman who married the man with no work or life skills, she dug her own grave by having a child with him.
things lead to separation
"Things"??? Most separations and divorces are initiated by women. ESPECIALLY in no fault states. Very often for bullshit reasons.
Lol both men and women. I'm all for standing for men's right brother. But you can't act like men's shit don't stink either. The problem with society today is division. It's extreme feminist and extreme... Menists if you will, who force that wedge deeper. People on both sides fuck up. In certain cases, hell most cases the women are favored, but don't act like men are totally innocent.
Most of the comments I've seen thus far have stated women need to be more responsible and should know better, as if it is one sided. It isnt. Two people perfectly capable of making decisions when deciding to have a child. One of the two fucks off. It may or may not be the fault of the parent who stays with the child. But ya both had the child and you both have a responsibility to the child.
If anything the argument should not be wether or not child support should be paid, it should be whether or not the child gets what they need from the provided money. The parent receiving the child support should be held legally accountable for how they spend said money.
[–]Crixusgannicus-1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I said that.
[–]parentectomy[S] -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Seperation is not a remote possibility and part of being an Adult is planning for your future and security it is irresponsible and idiotic not too. And having kids only makes this more important. To believe that you should be entitled to your exs money to raise your kids upon seperation just makes you fckin lazy and a leach to try and make things easier for yourself.
50/50 week about no child support. That is what is fukn fair. And always be prepared for the worst scenario and be able to support your kids full time on your own because you never know what can happen. Fck excuses. Be a fukn adult.
[–]Rabbid_Rabbit870 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Child support is supposed to be 50/50. You both made the child, you both support it. Simple.
[–]Tallsmarthandsome1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Poor people get welfare, food stamps, subsidized houseing. Poor women with kids should sign up for that shit instead of getting a slave, backed by government force. Women that can not afford children should abstain from sex, women tell men that are too poor for child support to "keep it in their pants"
Can you imagine a plantation owner, with all those expensive crops in the ground and his slaves abandon him? the escaped slaves should be forced to pay crop support!
[–]hl100orsmth0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
But what about when the fathers abandon the mother and child and refuse to give any kind of support, do you think its ok then for women to force child support IF she needs it?
Why did she choose that man to make a child with, if that man is degenerate? Please dont tell me "she didnt know", because anyone with normal level of intelligence can more or less see who is a degenerate or not. Especially in this day and age when most of them are visibly marked somehow.
Now that I think about it, I've never heard of a single story where a mother pays child support.
Because it never happens. Something like 90-95% of the time, men pay it.
[–]Rabbid_Rabbit872 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Lol you've never been lied to or cheated on? A woman is as capable of effectively lying as a man. Some people are great at covering things up and its not so easy to see. Plus love blinds. No starting off some men or women may not be degenerates and that degeneration develops over time which leads up to the separation. What then?
Also what you said about the mothers not paying child support... That's fucking sad man. And they call men sexist.
Actually much more effective at lying because often they actually believe their bullshit at the moment because it's the "truth".
Female "reality" is fluid.
If you say so. From personal experience in dealing with criminals I've learned that men are better liars because they are more in control of their emotions. However, women are better deceivers and manipulators. But at the end of the day, both genders are perfectly capable of being one thing or another. Unless we're talking physiology. Men are physically superior and that is a proven fact. But that's a bit off topic.
men are better liars
men are better liars....women are better deceivers and manipulators. Deception and manipulation require lying. You have contradicted yourself.
[–]MGTOW-Soldier6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Nope. Its emotiplonial and financial support. A Father who can not afford a child is still a bad father. Think about that when you fuck sluts.
[–]Supersonic_staples13 points14 points15 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Funny, if you used the same argument (basically, don't want or can't support a kid, don't have sex) as a reason to ban abortion, there would be feminist riots in the street.
So I'm 1/2 with you, it's either a valid statement that needs to be applied universally, or it's not.
Oh, and Financial Support? Fuck off. I have to pay my ex wife $3,000/month tax free for "support" for two kids both under the age of 10. That's excessive and it gets much more extreme the more money you make. My ex wife has her own salary of about $160,000/yr and doesn't need that support. I see my kids 50% of the time and maintain accommodations and pay bills for that access.
Please explain how that's not extortion? Calling it "child support" is bullshit marketing to avoid dissent and complaint ("why won't you think of the children!!")
[–]MGTOW-Soldier0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Your problens are not the topic. It is child support in general, when you live with your child. If you cant support so don't make a child.
[–]Pankonuss1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I totally agree but that's the reason why people who are actually using their brain for logical thinking will die out. At least in Germany the ones making the most children are those who don't care about financing them. That's one of the reasons why taxation is second highest here in the EU (after Belgium) for those actually working. I'm paying indirect child-support for children of carefree parents through our enormous welfare system.
[–]Tallsmarthandsome4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
the only reason poor people are able to have so many kids is through government subsidies - steal money from those with money to give to people without money - it is a full scale slow-motion retardation of humanity - we are rewarding bad behavior
[–]Bonesteel500 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If she can't support it herself or can't find a man who has morals and will stay she shouldn't make a child. If she does and her choices sucked that's on her.
[–]Supersonic_staples0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I can support a child just fine and when I made the children I lived in a home with a combined income of nearly $300,000.
The problem is “child support” laws have cut me off at the knee where it’s impossible long term to financially support the children when they’re with me.
The intent of the law is to normalize incomes between the households so the children experience the same standard of living at either home. My example shows instead they’ve greatly enriched the mother at my expense making it impossible to even hope of approaching anything near equal standards of living.
If the situation was reversed there would be huge outcry and news articles about it.
And fuck off with “your problems”. Mine is simply one example of hundreds of thousands. If you can’t actually debate it, please don’t stand on a soap box.
Actually, okay, you are right. Let’s talk about your position.
I propose new laws that make it mandatory to prove financial competence and resources when a woman becomes pregnant. If she’s found unable to financially support the child, she’s subject to mandatory abortion.
I mean, if you can’t afford to have a kid, don’t have a kid....right?
All sarcasm aside, I’ve said before, eliminate child support and watch single motherhood rates plummet. Is that your argument?
[–]MRA-Sid7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes it’s an extortion by gold digger
[–]Fantoche_Dreemurr5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Child support has always been extortion. Can't wait for artificial wombs to be viable, just hire a nanny you can trust when you have to and raise a kid like a model citizen.
Arti-wombs, single donor zygotes and affordable realistic fembots will be a helluva game changer. Might take 100 years, but it's coming.
[–]Fantoche_Dreemurr2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Nope, 10-20 years.

[–]Tallsmarthandsome3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Child support is slavery - forced uncompensated labor at threat of prison
[–]eduardkoopman2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Half truth, imo. - A part, is the raising and teaching the child. - And, another part is paying the cost of raising the child. Because if the parents, don't pay 100%/totally for the costs of raising the child. Then who will? (the answer is nowadays: we - the taxpayers. A form of cuckery.)
So child-support (financially), is important. And partents should bare that responsibility, in general. No more forced cuckery for the net tax payers (aka (other) men)! The problems with current day "child-support". Often it's hidden alimony (money for the mother, to life of herself); and that's wrong. I once read the basic average cost of rasing a child is about $500 dollars per month. So $250 per parent. In case of seperation, and the child living totally with the other parent (and that parent doing all the cost paying); that other parents should be paying $250 dollars. That's a basic system, I would support. (and then for exceptions, the splitting of really unusaual costs; like for example one has abnormal much medical bills because child is disabled/sink, etc...).
[–]L_Ollonais3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]robtorres341 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]parentectomy[S] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
What about in 50/50 shared care? Do you believe the man should still pay child support?
[–]eduardkoopman0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I dunno, what "shared care" means. If it means, that both pay half of all the costs; then the man should not have to pay child support (since the cost are already divided).
I dunno, if you try to hint at: both spending equal tome raising the child. But that imo, should be irrelevant for child support.
for me, it's irrelevant whom spends the most time watching the children. It's your own kids, and how much time is spend on it, imo, is irrelevant. I also think, a parent should not by law be compensated financially for the "extra time", if they take care 100% of the time for the child and the other parents 0% of the time. Parents could agree that upon themselfes freely ofcourse if they wish to do so, but the government should stay out of that. Imo, it's sick to be payed for time spend on raising your own children.
