I can sort of relate - not because I'm depressed but because I can't help but wonder if there's something wrong with me for not basing my happiness around those things.

I used to frequent fa to try to help them see the bright side, which i hoped would help me understand the above better, but they're just trying really hard to feel as bad about themselves as possible. Even if this sub was sour grapes, that's still much better than the cesspit of negativity that fa is.
