Birth rates are low because in rich industrialized countries there's no incentive to have kids. Children interfere with education and career, cost lots of money, and don't provide any benefits.

Women in rich industrialized countries have access to sex education, birth control, education, and careers, They can have sex, but take steps to avoid/terminate pregnancies that will interfere with their education and career.

In short, the birth rate isn't low because of men. It isn't the fault of a lack of attractive men or because of mgtows- it doesn't take a lot of men to inseminate a large number of women. Thor the Biker gangmember could knock up the 100 Danish girls he's having sex with, if they weren't on birth control or having abortions because they know having a baby would ruin their lives.

This wouldn't be a problem if welfare didn't exist for people simply because they are old. People should save when they're young so they don't have to live off the government later. Then it doesn't matter how much fewer young people there are. And mom can adopt a baby if she's that desperate. Even if she dies before it gets out of school it would just go back to foster care or an orphanage and be in the same situation it is in now.
