Even before I went MGTOW I knew the ways of doing nothing to help in eroding the cancer of feminism.

I would also add never help white knights/sjws/bluepilled men/male feminists.

They are arguably worse than the women of today because these pieces of filth actively enable all of modern women's atrocious behavior.

I would also add one more don't to the list: don't get involved in any fight or any attempted sexual assault to try to help a woman. Don't try to be a hero.
