Artificial scarcity is stronger in the tech sector than anywhere else in the professional world. Most of these guys rarely set eyes on a female during the day so they have zero resistance to their manipulation tactics. A significant percentage of them also were raised to be nothing but female slaves and are completely blind to the possibility they will spend their life on a treadmill. Most of them will have to learn the hard way, hopefully not at the cost of their careers.

This is true. I’m relatively new to the industry, and during my job search last year, most of the male engineers and recruiters I interviewed with were some of the biggest beta cucks I’ve encountered. Didn’t look like any of them took care of themselves (i.e. lack of grooming, not wearing clothing that fitted/matched, etc.), and just by the way they came across and carried themselves, I knew for a fact that they were hardcore simps that constantly worshipped any women they brought into their companies.

That said, even though I’m currently in a similar role at a very well-known company, I’m glad those simps rejected or ghosted me; comes to show that they are afraid of bringing in men that actually have respect for themselves and their careers and don’t constantly worship pussy like they do. Beta cucks fear masculine alphas that put themselves first, plain and simple.

Yep! It's gotten to the point that I'm done with tech. I've started learning gunsmithing and waiting on FFL application. It's gotten so bad that you can't even have a conversation about anything without some kid butting in and trying to tell you how you're wrong because clown world works their way. It's infected everything, gaming communities, friend groups, even just going out to eat you have to overhear the waitstaff talking about their social whatever issue when all you want is for people to shut the fuck up, mind their own business and stop trying to tell everyone how they need to live.

I work in tech and am very lucky in that I rarely have to deal with incompetent women but can't agree more. My job is essential in keeping the organization functioning so there's no room to fuck up. Nearly every woman in the organization on both the managerial and employee sides are incompetent, get next to no work done, call out constantly and spend most days gossiping while a few men, myself included, do the very complex work which has to be done in a certain time frame. At one point, the worst manager by far decided to hire this girl straight out of college with a nasty attitude. Well as you can imagine, a girl with no experience (not even an internship) who was an obvious diversity hire couldn't remotely handle the job and after costing the organization several thousand in her first week was removed from the position. But wait it gets better. The female manager decided to keep the girl in the company doing help desk/jr sys admin related work and she only received a minor pay cut. So this 22 yr old bitch with a horrible attitude is doing some of the easiest shit imaginable (ex. fixing issues with O365, account permissions) and making around 70-75k. To put this in perspective, the other employees in her role are making 45-60k. But it somehow gets even better, she has special permission to work 4 days a week and she can work remotely (aka not working at all or the time she went on vacation where it was literally impossible to have a high speed Internet connection and she 'worked remotely' for a month, full pay).

The females in my organization cost several times more than the little they provide yet they make more than many of the men in the same roles and get promoted way easier. The wage gap and any other discrimination they claim is bullshit. I was passed up for the manager position in my department because I was 'too young'. Meanwhile the boomer woman they hired has utterly failed in her role and is more concerned with luncheons and 'work-life balance' than getting critical tasks done. Oh and let's not forget her main priority is hiring more people of color and creating a diverse team than simply hiring competent people who can do the job.

TL;DR The majority of females are not cut out for the tech industry just like the majority of males aren't cut out for nursing or teaching.

I’m in tech for a pretty big company... contrary to some of the belief one of the best support professionals I worked with was female HOWEVER I’ve worked with my fair share of disasters. My two best hires were 1 female 1 male so it really depends. I will say this, there legitimately are diversity quotas and that’s what will kill tech. Best person for the job should get the job. Period.

I wrote a similar comment a few days ago, but it happened again yesterday...

I was out with a friend who owns a small tech firm (about 10 employees) and he's been telling me what a fucking mess working remotely has been during covid, and after they returned to offices he realized it's because his female employees spend all day taking "women in tech" photos for instagram, while simps juggle between computers doing both jobs.

My ex went into a stem field, she was one of the handful of girls in the entire generation vs 100s of guys, we always joked about how she didn't have to do jack because she had a bunch of nerds on stanby ready to assist her...

there is absolutely nothing wrong with a fucking 2 hour lunch break. you should be encouraging it. tech industry is vastly different.

now spending lunch break shopping for a woman, is a different story. pull them off on the side, and introduce the men to rub and tug massages, escorts and other things. its cheaper and women can tell if you been fucked during lunch, so beware they will want to know why a woman fucked you during lunch.

secondly, why arent they remote? all of tech went remote.
