Canada for one. Under Canadian family law, if the child is a dependent and going to Full-time Uni or any accredited school, you are responsible for both child support and paying a portion of their Tuition up until the age of 25.
And, worse, if the child is deemed permanently disabled, you pay child support for the rest of your life.
