You can explain to a feminist that there exists an "earnings gap" based on choice of career + length of time worked (e.g., a male surgeon who works full-time for 25 years VS a female cleaner who works part-time for 10 years with career breaks for children); and, the feminist will still deny what you are saying, and still insist that men "earn" more than women.

When in fact, if you compare like-for-like data sets, women usually out earn men.

I have disagreements with this sub sometimes but I can 100% agree that the wage gap is absolute bullshit. It can only be true if you ignore the literal thousands of factors on why it's bullshit.

This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be rectified by hiring quota buyers into big banks and hedge funds. While it's true that there is also a discrepancy between bakers and buyers, we are not interested in rectifying this. The hard work and long hours for less pay do not interest us, since it doesn't affect us. Only the upward mobility without any merit by force of law for buyers to bankers is important to us.

This is the argument.
