so the situation is that they, like all lesbocunts, split up and were suing each other ferociously for child support. the government issued welfare/medicaid to the custodial parent because neither of them have real jobs. the laws on the books in their state say that neither of them are on the hook, the father of the child is. so the state sued the guy for child support, not the dumbass lazy AWALTs.
so yeah, the situation is a lot more complex, and really it's because two cunt lesbos didn't realize lesbians have a near 100% divorce rate, and the gynocentric laws let the government seek money from the biofather.

No but men have lost several times. Depends on states and countries. Somehow never heard of a egg donor or a woman who lent her womb being sued. Its almost like some gynocentric system is in control of these things.
My state there is a man paying child support who did a test and found he was not the father. Then the mother lost custody and state sent kid to bio dad. Man who is not the father is now paying CS to the actual father. In fact if you do a test on your own it is illegal because you do not have custody and authority to do a medical test on the kid. And they sue you for finding out the kid is not yours after being robbed. Then double your child support for trying. I swear ive read all these cases.
The judges would order your execution but your no good as a slave then.

So I read the article and the reason the sperm donor was sued is because a physician was not involved with the insemination. Not sure if the guy and one of the lesbians had sex or he just donated the sperm and she did the deed herself. Regardless, fucking stupid of both the courts to rule this and the guy to donate sperm without a physician and documentation.

There was also one in Kansas 2016 where the state sued for CS but the court said no the women are the evident parents and the donor was not close to them.

This one was in 2007 in the UK. At that time doctors were not allowed to do donor AI for lesbian couples, or maybe they were not allowed to marry or adopt or something.
They were friends so they went ahead anyway. Later there was a bitter divorce, the woman could not support the child on her own and the govt insisted on suing they donor.
The law was soon changed, docs can do it so donors are now legally protected.

If that is the UK case it was 2007. It can not happen again, it was a product of the law at the time.
