After mine divorce raped me and pretty much got everything which includes the kids, nearly paid off house, the paid off car I bought her, her new degree I paid for. I was pretty much left homeless while recovering from an injury and told to pay $1,000 a month child support based on overtime I was working to pay for her college a few years earlier. A year later she decides she doesn't want to raise are young teenage boy probably because it's interfering with her and her new boyfriend. What do I get a month. 300 fucking dollars.

I was supposed to receive child support from my ex for my then 15 year old ( 3 years ago now )..I earn 6 figures in construction so it wasn't worth the hassle but the government in Australia make it happen through the CSA. Her amount to me was $120 per month ...less than 2 x hours pay for me . If it was reversed, I would have had to pay her $1500 a month or more , she would have had her rent paid for free by me . I told her to just give some cash to my son on a regular basis for him to spend how he liked.

Divorce rape is bad and I don't know anything about your wife, for all I know she could be a total POS, unless shes divorce raped you or someone else in the past I wouldn't go through with it if I were you. If the kids live with her full time why? If she wasn’t asking you For child support, than why? All your doing it sounds like it putting her in a situation she might not be able to properly house your kids when they live with her. If your the one who left. Then why make her pay for your actions? Being bad in bed doesn’t count as a reason to divorce. It sucks to live with, but it’s not a reason.
