According to this article the state is sueing him because he did not have a physician do the procedure. The lesbian couple divorced and one lost her job. She wanted goverment benefits but the state didnt want to pay so it declared he needed to pay child support. I didnt see anything about the couple sueing him but the state not recognizing his appeal that he waved his parental rights.

This is disgusting and stupid for multiple reasons, at multiple levels of abstraction. I'm more bothered, presently, with the stupidity/irony of queers rejecting "normalcy" but still needing male sperm to live a "normal" life. They look so smug in those pictures, too. Part of the benefit, I'd say, of letting homosexuals live freely is 1: freedom for all, 2: it might help reduce their population because they'd be having less children.
