Fuuuck. I’m in the boat with Laura. I didn’t realize until too late that business school is over saturated. If everyone goes to school for a certain degree then yea you’re gonna have a hard time finding work. Wish I gone to trade school instead. Now my only option is to go military because no company will hire me without “entry level experience” take this to heart those of you that are still in high school: college is overrated and practically useless at this point; go to trade school and learn a skill

I'm like Larry in this except I spent 3 weeks amd $6000 going to cdl school now i make $60k a year as a truck driver. My ex left me because I didn't want to be an artist making $25k a year anymore. I'm soooo fucking glad I never got a degree in graphic design.

Thing is, the unemployability factor is a self-fulfilling prophecy for women. The cycle goes:

Men hold jobs in high-paying or niche fields, spurred on to get these jobs by desires and societal expectations of men to be successful and make money.
Women see this, throw a fit about gender inequity in the field.
Women are influenced to enter the field by educational programs and propaganda.
The job market becomes saturated, wages drop.
Men leave to find better paying jobs in other niche fields. Rinse and repeat.

Women, by their mere presence, undermine the labour market. Not even saying that's necessarily a bad thing, it makes goods and services cheaper, but women could all become tradespeople (which they won't, since it's difficult) and they would still depress wages and make less money.

I own a small business and am very proud of what I do but that one mistake I made was caring what some dumb cunt had to say because I didnt want to waste my money and time at a 4 year college or even a comminity college when I can be sucessful and happy working for myself.

She now has a gender studies degree, with a masters in something having to deal with transgender counceling and works at a sandwich shop. She's now in debt six figures but I'm the uneducated caveman that is a loser while she is already sucessful.

Well I can atest she is shit at her own degree because we dated for five years and not once did it dawn on her that I'm transgender.

Have been my whole life, no I'm not one to transition to female, not with my body frame, lol, HUGE BITCH is what they would call me. It isnt easy but what would have made it better if the person I at the time thought I wanted to spend my life with could have helped comfort me instead of always making me feel like I was subhuman because of our difference of education.

A degree does not make you a better person.

Even better than that, many trade unions will sponsor you for an apprenticeship. No debts to pay off at all.

It's hard work, but anyone with an IQ of 100 or so can learn most trade skills. Pick one you like, combine it with the single MGTOW life (ideally minimalist) and you can literally become a millionaire before your 50s. Maybe 40s, in the type of job most of society thinks of as living paycheck to paycheck.

Most of society are morons, although I'm preaching to the choir on that one.

My best friend i high school is bitter towards me because he manages a copy center with a four year business degree and I make almost twice than him with just a high school vocational education and 10 years of job experience.

As someone with a BA and an MA in a humanities subject from an elite university I wish I'd known this when I was 16.

Really though, STEM would have been the best decision... But learning a trade would have beaten what I did hands down.

I took BA 3 years, 1 year out to get more savings, 1 more year to do my MA. I also worked in catering on the side during this time. By the end I had some pieces of paper and 5 years experience as a waiter/barman. You can imagine where my friends who learnt a trade were after 5 years, and yet all through school we'd had it drilled into us that university was the best option no matter what. What a scam. I was young and foolish. I gave 5 years of my youth to a debt building scam and came out with next to nothing when I could have been getting ahead. If/when I have children I will never allow that to happen to them.

To anyone thinking about Liberal arts degrees: you better have some damn good family connections afterwards (journalism, politics) or want to become a University lecturer. There is nothing else in it for you.
