I wonder if it's possible to establish an all-male town. It would be opposite that of the ancient mythical Amazonian community exclusively inhabited by women. It would be fairly simple in theory. Choose empty land to buy, and purchase it as a company of joint-interest. Attract businesses to build around the location. Gain status of township after enough people move into homes and apartments in the area, all the while successfully attempting to convince the male population of the town to furtively and intentionally avoid transactions of goods and services with women and girls, and even to market to males demographically so that women won't want to live there. No nail salons, bridal boutiques, Starbucks, etc. Then, shame and outlaw homosexuality as much as possible, and do all of this gradually and unexplicitly as to avoid suspicions.
