Can second this - when the devil leaves all of a sudden you have more time, money and motivation on your hands - red pill rage is pretty useful :)

I was up to almost 240 within a few years of getting married, dropped it down to 205 eventually and then when the bitch 'departed' dropped 40 lbs in 4 months.

I'm 60 this year and look like the dude in the middle - about 10-12 percent bodyfat last summer. Thats the thing about MEN - we can FIX ourselves just like we fix everything else in the world. I have back problems so I learned yoga. Wanted to get a flatter stomach so now I am doing 100 crunches a day (on my way to 200+).

I just started to do weight lifting when she left, now I bench more than my bodyweight (with 13 inch arms :) - my ultimate goal is to bench the NFL combine weight (225). And for cardio I run hills - I regularly run a hour a couple of times a week - all hard hills - like 800 feet straight UP in a mile + kinda hills.

You piss a dude off enough, he'll fucking FIX IT ALL, BY HIMSELF.
