The metaphor is decent. That said, abundance makes frame easier, but it isn't essential to have frame. DNGAF and having a mission beyond the marriage are better sources of frame. A guy can have zero abundance, but maintain frame because he's got more important crap to do than worry about whether or not his wife will yell at him for doing it.

It just happens to be that if you replace if we replace "crap" with "girls," abundance fits in as one component of this greater context.

Is abundance a critical part of frame? No. You can have your own reality without abundance.

In fact, once you have frame, abundance is built on top of frame.

How do you get abundance without frame?

I'd say frame comes, u grab a plate, develop stronger frame, add another plate, so on... you've built abundance on developing frame.
