I really don't want to lose any weight. Im 5"11" 200 lbs and 14% bf. I've lifted from 14 and not stopped apart from a prolapse disc from doing deads. I come from a time when i was 240 lbs with over 30% bf and a 40 inch waist. All changed at 26 years old when i cut my carbs after people in work were openly taking they piss at my fatness. I had no confidence or self esteem.
