Outside of a relationship I am Chad. I fuck all the girls i want and they all tell me how confident I am, and how much they love it. Let's get this out of the way, I have abundance, financially stable, high SMV. Eventually I end up getting into a relationship with a girl that I feel is worthy. Along the way, I lose her respect. I begin to become insecure. More respect is lost, and it ends usually with me ending it, them ending it, them cheating, or me branch swinging onto a rebound. Either way it doesn't work out. I feel like when theres a constant smell of shit, you need to check your feet.

I'm way past the "how to get girls." It's easy as fuck. One day I would like to start a family, and be able to lead them. But I feel I'm a shitty leader right now and I want to be better.

Couple things I've noticed about myself that might be red flags when I get into a relationship: I like affection, I tend to seek it out from my woman(first). I like for her to let me know how her day is going. By her I mean anyone i'm dating. I'm jealous - I hide it, but it's there. I tend to get a little complacent, not too much, but I do. Perhaps I'm not vetting them correctly, and I'm settling because I get tired of the random fucking. I'm not sure.

How do you guys keep a balance between being firm, compassionate, and a leader? What steps do I take to improve in that aspect. How can I translate the confidence I have when I'm single, into a relationship?
