About a year ago I found this group when I searched the internet for tips to make my wife more submissive. I read the posts, found the sidebar. I read NNMNG, MMSLP and some more online stuff. I don't think I've become a hardcore MRP believer, but I'd like to come back today to thank you for the three things I've learned here.

1 LIFT

I was running, I was cycling and doing kung fu. But lifting really changed me - physically and mentally. Without the 'do you even lift, bro'-comments here I might never have found the courage to walk into a gym. It felt ridiculous to start with hardly any weight at the bar and after a year my stats are still not impressive but I love the process.

2 STFU

Sometimes it's not easy to keep your mouth shut, but it works great, as do the related suggestions like A&A, AM, etc. (awesome all those acronyms). Arguments (shit tests in the jargon, I guess) are now a source of entertainment and opportunities for me to get better at this. Last year I suffered from back pain (cured thanks to Healing Back Pain by Sarno - also thanks to this sub) and woke up in the middle of the night with wavy pain attacks. I didn't know what to do and woke my wife to seek comfort. For a moment I thought I had married a unicorn and all that advice from you here was misogynistic nonsense. Since doing something with back pain is better than doing nothing, that day I cleaned the whole house, scrubbed the bathroom, washed the windows, etc. My wife asked me if I was okay and was happy with all my cleaning work, but in the evening I got a hard no in bed. She didn't want to have sex with me because she was worried about my back. Fuck, you were right anyway. I should have STFU.

3 GAME

This is my main point of improvement for the coming year. Game makes the interaction with my wife (and others) much more fun. I sometimes say and do things I never dared to do for fear of the indignation I expected from her, but as long as you stay playful it only leads to laughter, played anger (ASD, I think you call that) and better sex. So I hope to have even more fun the coming year. It is a wonderful journey.

Thanks for everything and maybe see you in a year or so!
