People proven to file false reports with malicious intent need to have it blow back on them otherwise it’ll keep happening

A false report that’s an actual mistake I get. That’s why I’m saying prove it was malicious intent. But seriously we see this all the time with rape cases and things of sexual nature. Not to mention high profile cases like jussie smullet. Like seriously. These things need to blow back in people or else innocent people will continue to be hurt by the justice department

An interesting thing here is the victims are a married lesbian couple. But this shows how title IX can be used. A large majority of its victims are men, but this really is a broad issue that affects all Americans directly and indirectly.

They only care because they are lesbians. Men face this everyday. But no one cares. If you are a guy in college, stick to Pornhub and date women outside the US or U.K.

For some reason the law doesn't consider "protecting students" to extend to giving them a chance to defend themselves against accusations that could destroy their careers. We actually do know how to do that, make them aware of the charges made against them, and who made them, give them the right to cross-examine witnesses against them, call witnesses on their own behalf, and consult with lawyers. But we don't do that for some reason. I understand the idea that being cross-examined by your rapist could be traumatic. But that is why you have a lawyer do the cross-examination, like in regular courts.
