There have been many articles addressing why men earn more on average than women such as:

Longer careers, working more hours, more likely to work overtime, choosing more dangerous or more demanding work in return for more pay.

The big problem is feminists claim the wage gap compares men and women doing the same, equal work which is blatantly false. It’s simply a comparison of what women on average earn compared to men.

What I find very interesting is that despite earning less on average, women spend more on average. In other words women get to work less but be subsidized by men to the point of spending more. It’s amazing anyone (any women) would complain about this.

There have been many studies that suggest the vast majority of difference between income of men and women is things like overtime and sick leave.

After controlling for those factors, most studies find women are only paid 7 or 8 percent less than men just because they are women.

This job needs to be front and centre when they are trying to get women into male dominated jobs like tech, engineering and banking.

You're right. And more men die in workplace accidents but that's totally ok because men choose to do more dangerous jobs
