Historically, there was a power imbalance between men and women, and since it was more likely for a man to have resources, this is what made them valuable, in addition to their superior physical abilities.

But now, even if women are physically weaker than men, both have enough ability to hold an aim a gun in conflict. Machines exist that do physical work that men once did. Women increasingly have the same economic opportunities. And the sperm of men can always be frozen, while a live woman would still be needed to carry out childbirth. In addition, as economic equality between sexes improves worldwide (not saying this is bad), a man’s attractiveness (status+resources) diminishes by proxy.

I feel depressed asking this, but exactly what role do men have anymore? I hate feeling like this.
