I think they count as such. They're largely responsible for this terrible gender divide that's occured over the past half-decade or so by enforcing terribly damaging stereotypes of men and making women all over fearful of men. They practically weaponized false accusations and enforced their "believe women" motto which has completely eliminated due process for potentially innocent men. They fail to acknowledge that men and boys are also victim of violence (both physical and sexual), abuse, rape, etc. by women and largely only help women which itself is blatant discrimination. They were largely responsible for the infamous Gillette ad and of course there's yet to be an equivalent ad aimed at women. Time's Up was even outed as a fraud, which doesn't shock me. The fact both of these organizations stand by Amber Heard despite her having been proven to be the guilty one says it all.

Both of these groups should be considered hate groups but with misandry never taken seriously that's not likely to happen and it's so infuriating. They're disgusting movements and organizations, not just for their misandry but how they exploit and infantalize women as well. So in that regards they're actually just as misogynistic.
