I was in a company wide (online) meeting the other day and at the end of the call the HR girl chimed in with “and remember, if you refer a woman that gets hired you get a double referral bonus”.

How is this even legal? Change ‘woman’ for ‘Christian’ or ‘Jew’ or ‘Chinese’ or ‘man’ and it’s clearly discriminatory.

As this came from HR it’s radioactive if I complained. Nobody can go near this topic.
