People always seem to forget that the reason there are very level amounts of women in STEM fields (especially computer related) is because THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THEM. This has been proven over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Yet people still keep surmounting the issue to "muh gender oppression!1!!". I can't even name one company that would choose a male over a female with only slightly less qualifications. Basically at this point, if you are a female willing to go through school in a STEM field you are nearly guaranteed a job because this "false flag oppression" has freaked out all the major tech companies and forced them into this ironically gender selective hiring tactic. But most of us know this already. And we also know that modern feminists call for equality but what they really mean is special privileges for me because I'm a girl and you are supposed to be nice to girls because society says so.

The irony of someone who had been handed top tier jobs by sillicon valley and has had top tier education funded her parents complaining about intolerance in silicon valley. Most undergraduates who do not have this degree of nepotism ( her father was a professor ) and affirmative action to get them into Harvard end up working for agencies and bureaus working long hours and making 5 figures their entire life paying off their debts for most of their lives. Meanwhile she gets multiple jobs in silicon valley and quickly makes over $200.000 plus bonuses without a single worry about paying off debt. But yeah, fuck those nerds at sillicon valley right? Fuck those people who made this all possible in the first place. It is really easy to point the finger at sexism when you have benefited from elitism and nepotism your entire life.

Sure. Gender disparity in success can't POSSIBLY mean anything else but sex discrimination. But gender disparity in failure of course just means men are losers.

I think the sexism they claim to exist is when business is done outside of the workplace. I mean we all know the cliche of unofficial meetings being on the golf course, because CEOs, or board members of huge companies enjoy doing it. Women don't like golf, or cigar bars, or a number of other activities men do, and they see it as a "boys club" disadvantage. More and more "sexist" complaints aren't complaining about opportunity, they are complaining about outcomes. They have to do things they don't want to, and it isn't fair. I wish the shit degree I went for paid me more, and got me more respect, but I accept that I made choices, and the world works a certain way. (Wo)man up.
