Any man or woman who contemplates circumcising their own kids, or any man or woman who thinks a man who was mutilated as a child is more attractive... they need to watch the procedure. They need to see the baby’s reaction. They need to see what they have to do to an infant to make it “more” appealing to possible future partners. They have no valid opinion unless they have seen a video of it being done. If they can say it is worth it to strap down an infant for a painful cosmetic procedure to make it more sexually desirable to some... they are hopelessly amoral.

IF a man wants to get circumcised, he can do so as an adult. Doing it to a child is both child abuse AND can leave bad scarring and affects the sexual ability, thus impairing the person for life. There's no reason for circumcision. Even with the issue with tight foreskin, it can be stretched through repetition. I'm not strictly against circumcision - adults can do whatever they wish with their body as long as it doesn't leave them uncapable to function in the society. But leave kids the fuck alone.

I was circumcised at the age of 20 for medical reasons. I can 100% tell you that I experienced reduced sensitivity in my penis relative to before and my orgasms arent as good. I'd say I'm about 60% what i used to be. Let that sink in...... 40% less pleasure plus a scar below the head of my penis.

Circumcision is 100% as barbaric for men as it is for women. I honestly do not understand how its still so widely accepted in the developed world. To each their own, I guess, but to my mind, it's truly f*cked-up to circumcise a little baby.

If I ever happen to have a son, I would let him know that circumcision is by no means necessary for good hygiene/anything else. If he wants to have it done as an adult, that'll be his choice, but I would never make that decision for him.

Also, can't help thinking that if the genders were reversed here, and a man were saying that female genitalia looked "gross" in its natural form, he would be flamed/downvoted into oblivion.

Anyone with a proper uncut penis knows that it's just a load of BS. It doesn't require any more work and actually the skin protects the tip (as it's meant to be), causing less friction so less likely to be infected.

I know im going to get bombarded with downvotes for this... But let's look at the facts: Male circumcision has literally no downsides for the man. All the studies from 2012 and 2011 about how it makes men enjoy sex less were proven wrong. It helps protect the penis from infections (some people have to get circumcised for medical reasons) and keeps it more hygenic. Female circumcision is different, it was practiced in egypt and it literally makes women unable to enjoy sex. They did it so that a woman would always stay faithful to her husband and never look at other men.
