Don't count on any mainstream economic movement or ideology (like antiwork or lying flat) to help in this.

The men's rights movement should imo be trying to work towards making it easier for men that are down on their luck and disadvantaged employment wise.

From stories like the one below, it is for certain that single and divorced men particularly are discriminated against when it comes to seeking public assistance. Do not expect any non men's rights movement to address this any time soon. The men's rights movement must take initiative if they can't bear seeing this kind of thing play out:

This is the problem with affirmative action and their insistence on closing the pay gap.

The pay gap exists only if you compare all men to all women. Men are less likely to take time off work for children, and therefore earn more. Also historically men had careers while women didn't, so in the 40-50+ age bracket men are obviously going to earn more.

Instead of waiting 50 years for everything to balance out (now that young women get degrees and have careers) feminists got too impatient. They're forcing balance by making young women overrepresented compared to young men to make up for the historical unbalance. It's gone too far the other way.

How can "Who were recent high school dropouts => 133" (line 4 from Table 1) and "Who were recent high school dropouts and unemployed => 238" (last line table 1) exist at the same time with those values ? 238 can't fit in 133 ?

"Recent high school dropouts (133)" includes "Recent high school dropouts and unemployed (238)" and "Recent high school dropouts and employed (-105)", right ?

Or is the value inflated to 238 because it's 2 groups, "recent high school dropouts regardless of employment" and "unemployed males regardless of recent high school dropping out" ?

oh you sneaky! i was looking at the numbers thinking okay we do alright in some thing. then i realised literally everything with a low number was a good thing and the high ones were bad things.

If Feminists had the balls to own up, and admit that it was never about 'equality' but about 'female supremacy', at least we'd all know what page we're on.

Those last 2 lines on the table are, frankly, incredible! Women are given leg-ups to get into Uni/College, to stay there (in the form of financial assistance) and then are even seemingly favoured in the job market post-education. What's the point in men getting qualified anymore?

If you are in a domestic US college/university and want to do something about this bullshit let me know in a comment or DM.

My complaints have prompted action already, and they are stronger if students are there to help me get evidence or tip me off to violations.

Step 1 in ending this accelerating trend is ending the discrimination at schools. This is something we can do.
