I wonder if there will ever be a feminist movement or gathering where they finally admit women are not perfect and women need to change some things too. As opposed to everything being a man's fault or the only ones that have to change.

These movements continually put the onus on men and I literally have never seen anything from feminists that say they are not perfect, they negatively impact men or even they they need to change anything. It's teach boys to treat women well, do things for women, teach men not to rape, patriarchy ect.

When the day comes that a feminist organization or gathering finally says women are not perfect and they impact men's lives and they should take responsibility instead of exclaiming men are the only ones who should put in effort to solve social problems, then I will be much more willing to listen than I am now.

It appears the author is attempting to be diplomatic, but I have no such limitation.

Far too much credit is given to calling previous campaigns for women "gender equality" campaigns. To my knowledge, there has never been a gender equality campaign.

And too much credit is given to the possibility that an organization called HeForShe could be anything but sexist. Even if it also addresses men's/boy's issues, and transgender issues (the site would not load for me, but I'm told it does not), the name itself demeans us, by reducing us to tools for women.

No thanks. I already married a woman who refused to admit she had flaws or that things could go both ways. I don't need an entire movement like that.

I'll stick with being an MRA.
