I almost killed myself in November. I think about suicide and dying a lot, but this was the first time that I had a plan and was ready to "pull the trigger" so to speak. Family and friends were supportive, but the majority of the nation not giving a fuck about how many men are killing themselves is shameful. I don't really have a solution to it though. Back when traditional sexism was in full swing, nobody cared about men because they were supposed to be strong and stoic, not sad and suicidal. Now with nu sexism, it's simply that almost nobody gives a fuck about male issues.

The magic bullet is this:

You don't need other people's approval. Seriously, life is all about reconciling this and getting past your need to have a crowd behind you. You're plenty enough all on your own, so just ignore the haters and get down to doing what needs to be done.

In your city, I guarantee you there's at least a dozen suicide lines available through different organizations. Go volunteer your time on the phones and do some good. I did it, and it totally changed my life. Even now, with my own practice, I do weekends on call as part of a first responders group (social worker, psych, EMT) because I feel better about life doing it.

Absent any context, it's hard to provide any constructive criticism or advice.

In my experience, lots of MRAs are very confrontational when bringing up MRA issues. It's possible you have been doing this, too.

When you are talking with people who don't agree with you, it is rarely effective if you approach it from a "they are wrong, I am right" perspective.

For instance, in your comment you say you "rebuke society for not giving a shit and ridicule our culture". If someone is rebuking and ridiculing me, I tend to ignore them. However, if someone is adding to the conversation, I listen. If you want to talk about suicide rates, try framing it as something additional and complimentary to something someone else is talking about, as opposed to a counter argument.

For example:

THE BAD

Them: "Young Mothers experience high rates of postpartum depression, and there aren't enough resources available to help them."

You: "That's bullshit. Women have tons of resources and men have none. 70%+ of suicides are committed by men, and that get ignored by society. This is the lie that feminism perpetrates!"

THE GOOD

Them: "Young Mothers experience high rates of postpartum depression, and there aren't enough resources available to help them."

You: "I agree. We could do a lot more in in terms of providing support and resources to people of all walks of life. I actually think the problem transcends even specific cases like postpartum. Men make up the vast majority (~70%) of suicides, but it rarely gets talked about because mental health is too taboo in our culture. Whether its a mother too embarrassed to admit she's struggling with postpartum, or a father too embarassed to admit he's struggling to support his family and blames himself, we should be more open to listening to and supporting these people. No one should have to suffer in silence, and no one should be thought less of because they are suffering from depression!"

Men are always going to kill themselves more. You're biggest mistake is thinking sexual equality can be achieved. It can't be, so why entertain them at all? What you should be doing is focusing on yourself and bettering yourself. This sub is basically the male centric version of feminism, which isn't healthy in of itself.
