We need to show them that we are NOT the womenbashing masculinists that they think we are.

No, we don't need to "show" or "prove" that any unfair allegations made against us are false.

Anyone who is a decent human being and has a shred of empathy towards men will understand what we are working for when we present our issues to them, not protests against baseless allegations.

The rest are just those who don't care for equality for men and we don't want anything to do with those kinds of people.

Those of you who aren't bitter and who don't bash women should make sure that your voices are the dominant ones in this subreddit. The reason this subreddit has a bad reputation for being woman-bashers isn't "because feminists". It's because there are enough men in this subreddit who actually are bashing women to give the reputation a little sticking power. As a woman - a non-feminist woman - reading things about how "most women aren't marriageable" and that marriage is a gamble because all of us have the potential (and the legal backing) to become gold-digging hellspawns doesn't really make me too sympathetic to the cause. It's the same feeling I get when I'm on the feminist subreddit and I have my answers removed for pointing out obvious sexism in an article someone shared. The hostility and baggage do nothing to further anyone's cause. It needs to be dealt with, not by outsiders, but by people within your own ranks. That's one beef I've always had with feminism - they don't stand up and publicly rebuke the sexism when it comes from their influential pals. We hate it when they don't do it...but it's no less problematic when MRAs don't do it.

That's all I can think of for now.
