The fact that this is allowed to be broadcast onto live tv shows that their views are mainstream, and not hindered by any sort of institutional sexism. The institution demands they spread their poison.

I want to support this guy, but he is off on two key points. 1: islamic world has not oppressed women for 1000 years any more than the west. it would take an extremely long post to explain why at best this was a lazy argument and at worst racist, but the major problem with his comment is that islam has many branches that change drastically in practice by region and over time. it was only a couple of hundred years ago that women in the west were even allowed to work outside of the home. I assume it was just a lazy off the cuff comment on his part. 2: characterizing the black lives matter movement as cop killers is also lazy. asking that police be held accountable for killing innocents is not unreasonable.
