This is part of the reason some of the black women talking heads have been barking at black men to keep in the DNC tent. Everyone can see that they're focusing on all groups that are not straight men, but each group of men recognizes their issues aren't being addressed in a specific way or even generally.

This is smelly policy

[–]espherem 18 points19 points20 points 2 years ago* (19 children) | Copy Link

Men aren't their largest voter base. They also know even without men's welfare, many men will still vote for them.

[–]jessi387 11 points12 points13 points 2 years ago (18 children) | Copy Link

I think more people are waking up. Trump was a symptom of this. People leaving the democrats in droves. The data on Gen z boys also has caused some concern for them sooner or later they’ll realize they can’t ignore half the population anymore.

[–]EatM3L053R 4 points5 points6 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I left the Dems back in '10, and you should see my email Yahoo inbox with all of the Democratic offers to return. I didn't go Independent officially until 4 years ago, but watching the Democratic party fall apart from alienating men has been most enjoyable.

[–]WannabeLeagueBowler 4 points5 points6 points 2 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

Trump was a surprise victory and the establishment clamped back with mail in voting. Too late to wake up.

[–]omegaphallic 9 points10 points11 points 2 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

Wtf is mail in voting such a big deal in the US? Other countries like mine (Canadian here), and no one makes a big deal out of it.

But America finds elections in general hard for some reason.

[–]espherem 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Blue states have 2 laws at both sides of the voting process which practically bypass the federal law that illegals MUST NOT BE ABLE TO vote.

First law is, illegals are allowed to vote in local elections so they can be put on voter rolls which is the most crucial factor to get around the federal law. Getting them on voter rolls by citing the reason that it's just for the local election so you have to take their words for it as they are blue states.

Second law is, at the time of voting in the federal election, there is no need to check proof of citizenship which you can't check anyway if the voter is sending his vote by mail. So you only have to check if his name is on the voter roll which of course will be there because of 1.

Both of these 2 laws together bypass the federal law. The blue states election staff remain oblivious to who is voting because of 2. As these 2 are laws, technically, the staff is not committing any crime so no constitution has been violated and therefore no crime means no evidence of if a crime has been committed.

Because of this, Democrats love mail-in ballots and illegal immigration.

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

What does this have to do with mail in ballots?

Also given these two states are already blue states, I assume one of them is California, and not swing states, then it seems like it wouldn't ultimately change who ends up President given the electoral college system.

[–]espherem 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I'm not saying 2 states. I'm saying these 2 laws. I love how you are trying to discredit the loophole these 2 laws are exploiting. You are clearly the beneficiary of these 2 laws, that's why.

1 allows names of illegals on voter rolls. 2 allows vote by illegals by not verifying the proof of citizenship. So their mail-in ballots are counted.

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

 How am I the beneficiary?

I live in Canada and will NEVER move to the US nor do I want to, I love my country.

I'm a independant 3rd party to the matter.

If your curious I looked into it and its unconstitutional for none citizens to vote in elections in Canada period, so this won't be an issue here, also voter id is required.

[–]espherem 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

its unconstitutional for none citizens to vote in elections

It's also unconstitutional by federal law of US for illegals to vote in the federal election.

But because of these 2 laws in blue states, they are able  to bypass this federal law. 1 allows illegals to get their names on the voter rolls and 2 allows blue states to maintain plausible deniability that illegals ever voted by not checking their proof of citizenship so that the election staff can truly say that they don't know if illegals did vote.

Being oblivious by law is not a crime. In fact, they are following these 2 laws so they are technically not committing any crime and therefore no crime means no evidence of a crime ever occurred. It's not a crime to follow the laws.

[–]HeyDrinkMoreWater 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Most people who use mail in voting vote democrat, so republicans seem to want to limit or discredit mail in as much as possible.

[–]omegaphallic 4 points5 points6 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Didn't they screw themselves last election over that because older Republicans didn't want to vote in person because of Corona?

[+]ENVIDEOUS -8 points-7 points-6 points 2 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Republicans can't win without trying to rig elections with gerrymandering and other voters' disenfranchisement policies.

And whereas I believe that men have issues, Trump is a symptom of all that is wrong with the Republicans and the greatest evil of our time. I get why young men are mad, and I want to help them, but we are talking about the end of democracy as we know it. My fellow brethren, you understand that, right?

I want greater help for men's issues (e.g. the suicide epidemic; the higher education gap; grading disparities and punishments in elementary school). The answer, though, is not punishment of people who aren't men. Everyone has problems that they are working through and no one should fault you for working on your own problems. If they do, they are wrong. But doing that to others is wrong too. It's such an awful lie to think that there isn't enough to go around in this day and age.

Put another way, people who are fighting for LGBT issues are not your enemy. Women who are fighting for reproductive rights are not your enemy. People who are robbing you and paying for politicians are your enemy. People who try to go on vacation while millions are freezing are your enemy. People who offend you are NOT your enemy. People who literally hurt you are.

Let's elevate, brothers.

[–]coping_man 7 points8 points9 points 2 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

end of democracy

the end of democracy is when people use democracy to vote for a candidate and there's disagreements???

people who are fighting for LGBT issues are not your enemy.

when they package it with feminism??

Women who are fighting for reproductive rights are not your enemy.

neither are vampires or the tooth fairy? women who are fighting for reproductive rights really don't exist for the most part, they're a mirage when it comes to paper abortions for men. good for them if they want freedom for themselves, but the feminists shapeshift into tradcons when you bring up yours.

People who try to go on vacation while millions are freezing are your enemy.

bullshit its not my job to feed starving ukrainians just because im richer than them. anybody that robs me for some "good cause" should get ready for a fight. but in case you didn't figure it out, you just said you want lots of women to face the wall.

[–]ENVIDEOUS 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was referring to Ted Cruz who was on his way to cancun while Texans were freezing in Texas. I thought it was obvious. Maybe not...

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That would be more convincing if not for:

 1. Folks hadn't lived with Trump for 4 years already.  2. If the Dems hadn't massively attacked Democracy themselves, from cheating during primaries, to Lawfare not just against Trump, but also against 3rd party candidates to keep them off ballots, like RFK.  3. They keep accepting hundrends of millions of dollars in legal corruption from rich donors. The Republicans are no better, hence why folks can them collectively the uniparty.  4. Dems pressured No Labels to not run someone.

The very existance of the Uniparty and its two factions kills democracy in America.

On January 6th, the biggest threat to democracy was already in the building before the so called rioters got, the members of the Uniparty.

Not a fan of Trump, Biden, or thanks to his take on Gaza RFK. So glad I don't have to vote in the American election, I'm Canadian.

[–]ENVIDEOUS 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Why in the world are you so interested in American politics as a Canadian?

Listen I agree with you about what the democratic party did to the likes of bernie sanders and to a much lesser extent RFK. However, Bernie isn't a Democrat but caucuses with them. The democrats have their owns problems but they didn't write a manifesto about how they were going to institute fascism in 2025, but Republicans did.

These aren't simple issues where we can say "oh we will just have to agree to disagree."

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

As a Canadian I'm interested in American politics because like I like to say when America pisses in the wind, Canada catches it in the face, which means everytime America does something dumb, which is all the fucking time, Canada has to deal with the fall out.

[–]ENVIDEOUS 3 points4 points5 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

America is to blame for Canada's problems?

And when women get drunk and do dumb things, is that men's fault? I hope you see the fault in that logic...

[–]TWIYJaded[S] 10 points11 points12 points 2 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

In a way support for thin air technically makes the list under global warming...men tho?

[–]Men_And_The_Election 9 points10 points11 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I performed a word search analysis of the last two platforms, and the 2020 Democratic Party Platform includes 73 mentions of women/girls, 10 of men/boys, and 17 of non-binary/transgender. Here's a link to my post where it's located: https://menandthe2024election.substack.com/p/a-man-without-a-party

Here's how it goes, globally, not just the US. Reforming the criminal justice system. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-59151540

'Equality, Affirmative Action, DEI. Women preferred in employment, especially in a service sector economy. Therefore men can't attract a sexual partner. https://assets.csom.umn.edu/assets/71503.pdf

Male disadvantage in the sexual economics market exacerbated by draconian 'harassment' law. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-63916328

Climate Crisis and Environmental Justice used to prop up the failing service economy by selling you a domestic heat pump and an EV. By law. Guess where Warren Smorgasbord and the WEF have invested?

In fact, the smart money is investing in women, who already own or control most western wealth. https://www.2xglobal.org/new-to-gender-lens-investing/why-invest-with-a-gender-lens

A world without oil can support only 1/5th of the current population. https://www.greenpeace.org/international/story/15239/does-human-scale-matter/

All 'green' organisations have their roots in radical ecofeminism. Mary Daly's 'Gyn/Ecology' was the template. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Daly

She based her ideas on Sally Miller Gearhart. She reckoned that the proportion of men must be reduced to 10% of the human race. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sally_Miller_Gearhart

The power structures involved behind the scenes are immense. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beijing_Declaration

In a world without oil, guess which sex have been earmarked for the Adjustment Bureau..?

[–]IllustriousSalt5696 2 points3 points4 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

the backers of the DNC declared war on men with the 2030 you will own nothing speil.

they tell you to abort your babies, sterilize your children, have childless same sex relationships and support maid for elders.

dnc hates all of humanity, its not just men - look at what they have done to the AA community with no fault divorce and 3 strikes laws.

[–]omegaphallic 5 points6 points7 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The platform is meaningless anyways, the Uniparty serves just one thing, their rich donors.

[–]WannabeLeagueBowler 3 points4 points5 points 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How can you give the press freedom? They're the ones who withhold freedom, from us.

[–]YnotUS-YnotNOW 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, but the other guy is a fascist insurrectionist wannabe dictator, so there's that.

[–]TWIYJaded[S] 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link

On the chance you are a legit person open to a unique PoV, I know for a fact (personally and not isolated) people who despised Trump, never voted for him before, but intend to now. How does that happen?

A) Give someone the choice between the worst POTUS option they thought could exist, but is still just one man surrounded by checks and balances, mostly left-ish institutions already, plus all the 3 letter agencies, and every branch of the military...

VS

B) Every institution going so fringe left, you have to be worried to say you think its fucking sick what we are pushing on kids, with fluid psychological 'research', almost entirely on kids, behind every supportive headline...and the leading agency (AAP) had to admit was subpar, and verbatim admitted in reporting by Reuters our research was 'not the gold standard used overseas'.
Also *many** other examples like this...cough gender wealth gap is worse for men up to 29 I believe, wonder why, yet most men still actually think from institutional brainwashing, that women are paid unfairly.*

A. I'll even wear the fucking hat. And after the last 6+ yrs, I could go on and on and on about B examples. One of those was the most offensive example, the other maybe the least.

[–]YnotUS-YnotNOW -1 points0 points1 point 2 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Got it. You're a transphobe and think everyone else should be as well. If that's your view, it's understandable why you are a Trump cultist.

[–]TWIYJaded[S] 0 points1 point2 points 2 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Your types have never given a proper response to negate this...I love the setup (ty):

So while you just blatantly attacked my beliefs with remarkable intolerance, can you clarify if you are simultaneously demanding tolerance for your belief? Or acceptance? Or approval? Or support?

Thats me being flippant since we all know you don't even know what the former 3 mean.

[–]YnotUS-YnotNOW -1 points0 points1 point 2 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Nah... just let other people pursue happiness in the way they want and stay the fuck out of their lives.
