Legal contracts don't work in a world where courts take the woman's side by default. Hell, the woman could say that her clicking 'yes' on the app was an accidental butt-dial and invalidate the whole thing. I understand that men want to try and create clear rules so that everything is reasonable and above-board, but this is emotional women we're talking about here.

Why are young people having less sex than previous generations?

Why are men no longer getting married?
