I am 61, The past many years I think most men guide and encourage women, even male teachers. It is women who hold each other back. Women instill fear in each other, cause friction in relationships because they are jealous. The men in my life( the good ones anyway) taught me to be strong and have courage. Also, I have helped a couple of men when they were going through a painful time in there life.

Blaming feminism and women is the wrong target. Sure they spread gossip and lies, but there are enough males to counter the tide of false narratives and misinformation, but the majority of men sit idly by and do absolutely nothing about it. Being pro man is seen as homo and uncool, and the bravest strongest most desirable of men among us are white knights who defend the honour and lives of women. In other words they get all the pussy. Men are being oppressed by women and everyone is making it okay because they feel bad for women and truly believe they are some victims.

This is only because women are seen as fragile and vulnerable. That isn’t the case anymore, there was a time where women were fragile and vulnerable but that time has come and gone.

Intraspecies fear is the only thing holding humanity back. That intraspecies fear manifests into numerous culture divides, including the divide between men and women. None of these culture divides are the cause of the fear though. At best, they're misguided attempts to place blame in an attempt to diminish fear (a defense mechanism). At worst, they're conscious attempts by sinister people to divide other people for their benefit (a divide and conquer strategy). But even divide and conquer strategy used by the sinister person can be boiled down to a defense mechanism.

The source of the intraspecies fear is scarcity of necessities, namely physiological necessities. But a scarcity of physiological necessities creates intraspecies competition over those necessities which escalates into violence when people go hungry. That violence creates a scarcity of safety. And the lack of safety results in economic defense mechanisms that can be boiled down to greed and wealth inequality. This is where the logic becomes circular, because that wealth inequality then exacerbates the original scarcity of physiological necessities — a vicious cycle. In other words, the money needed to feed and house hungry and homeless people is being used by well-fed, well-housed people to insulate themselves from the violence caused by the hunger and homelessness. This can even mean the money is being used to fund violence against the hungry homeless people.

It's not men or women who are responsible for this vicious cycle, it's both. On the surface, it looks like men are defending women and children from other men defending women and children. This is largely true from a physical perspective, in that men play most of the violent role in this vicious cycle. But that doesn't mean women don't also play their part. In reality, everyone is defending themselves from a scarcity of physiological necessities and safety somehow. Women succomb to the fear of scarcity just as much as men, but their role is less physical on account of the physiological differences. The men do most of the fighting because they're naturally bigger and stronger. The female role is dominated by economic defense mechanisms (greed). That's not to say men don't also play that role, but greed makes up a relatively larger portion of the female defense response, because men spend more time using physical defense mechanisms. This may seem like an unfair criticism of women given the wage gap, but in reality, women spend more money than men. The most recent statistic I saw said that women account for 80% of consumer spending. This can largely be explained by married women doing most of the shopping for the household, where women often spend the man's income.

Point is, the greed and violence lock us into the vicious cycle, and both men and women contribute. The job of both men and women here is simple: stop being greedy and/or violent, whatever applies to you. The criticism of violence doesn't really need an explanation, but the greed is a little more sneaky. In essence, we use consumerism to gain status and acceptance from other people, which helps build relationships that serve to keep us safe from the hungry and homeless. But every luxury good purchased by the woman of the household is another skipped meal for someone else in the inner city or on the other side of the world, and that hunger motivates the violence that the man of the household joins the police force or military to "defend" against. I use defend in quotes because our police force and military is increasingly offensive and tyrannical. In other words, there is a symbiotic relationship between greed and violence, and it often plays out through well-meaning married couples who are just doing what they think is best to defend their children. There is a collaboration between the violent man and the greedy women of a household that perpetuates this vicious cycle. There is even a collaboration between Democrat and Republican voters who constantly elect the same people who perpetuate the greed and violence. If you allow your prioritization of gender equality, racial issues, LGBT rights, nationalism, vaccines, religious beliefs, abortion rights, or any other culture wars you can think of to justify the proven greedy and violent actions of those candidates, you've kicked the can down the road. Don't vote for politicians that display performative support for the above cultural issues if they haven't also demonstrated their ability to overcome greed and violence. Remember, all of these culture divides are expressions of intraspecies fear that is caused by that greed and violence.

Stop falling for the gender division. It's not helping you. Start looking at your own material purchases and ask yourself what you can do without. Then ask yourself what the poor family needs. And if you have violent tendencies, try forgiveness and de-escalation instead. That's it. There is no other way to end the vicious cycle of intraspecies fear. Fear demands respect, and that respect manifests as a defense mechanism. A defense mechanism is just a way to control a fear. But if we aren't careful, fear can blind our rationality and deceive us. If we are deceived into choosing a method of control over our fears that simply offloads them onto someone else, then we surrender our control when they inevitably respond in kind. Defense mechanisms that simply transfer fear between humans are irrational. They're not really defense mechanisms at all, they're just short-sighted responses that kick the can down the road. We must become aware of the mutually assured destruction, and that awareness will bring mutual empathy.

Oh, and one more thing: the original cause of the intraspecies fear has been resolved by our cumulative technology. This is something our ancestors didn't have the capacity to do. When the river flooded the crop field, people were forced into starvation and violence. But the world is globalized now. When one crop field floods, another farm across the world has a surplus. Take the hint. Embrace the abundance and leave behind the scarcity mindset. Be kind, generous, forgiving, and compassionate.
