There is no need for equal representation of women in certain fields. Women are already being given equal opportunities to prove themselves. She can take up the opportunity, compete and if she can can prove her competence, clear the interviews, then she can join there. No one is stopping her from getting hired. That position is open to her if she can prove her competence. Why is representation needed in skilled professions where everyone is already being given the same opportunities?

If inspite of being given the same opportunities, still there aren't a lot of women there, that's not on men. That's not a problem men need to solve. Maybe there are other reasons why a lot of women are not there. A lot of women may not even be interested in that profession. But no it's laughable how modern feminists and some women jump to solve the problem without even understanding the problem.

Also notice women who talk about equal representation of women only cherry-pick positions of power. Do you ever hear these women talk about representation in cleaning sewage or bricklaying?

Every time I hear a woman say there needs to be equal representation of women, that sentence annoys me. You have to earn that position with your hard work and competence just like men are doing. There is no representation needed. Stop asking for more and more privileges when you are already being given the same thing men are given.
