I remember a guy’s advice on how to handle this was when you find out something objectionable (like clubbing) when getting to know someone before you’ve even hit the dating phase, you just casually tell her, “I should tell you that I don’t date women who go clubbing”. Then it’s her choice if she wants to either keep pursuing you or the clubbing.

This guy pretty much did this too so kudos to him for knowing what he’s looking for and sticking to it.

Men (and women) really shouldn't bother asking for advice on reddit relationship subs, it's filled with men hating feminists pushing open relationships and that poly as an sexual orientation crap. It's years since I got banned for saying a 28m marrying a 20F is ok and not predatory on a page where all the feminists were filling the wife OP's head with negative crap.

The top two comments aren't wrong. She is allowed to go clubbing, he cannot control how she lives her life. Yes, he set boundaries and she broke them yet what she did is not illegal.

They broke up, so both of them made the right choice. She wanted to go clubbing until she hits the wall and hopefully it's not too late until she realizes what she's doing to herself but he cannot control her and should just move on.
