Women are actually fine with objectification, but want to have their cake and eat it too. They want all the trappings that comes from objectification-bigger mating pool, more money, more adoration/attention-but don't want the negatives, such as being seen as vain or a sell out, and sometimes they just oppose objectification of women when they no longer can leverage that option themselves, so it's just opportunism as they oppose competition.
