Women have the reproductive rights because childbirth itself is that responsibility, should a pregnancy naturally go to full term. A fetus grows inside a woman’s body.
Also, this doesn’t change the fact that women sacrifice more (of their time and energy), rather than men generally speaking on these things. Whether we use the word sacrifice or not, women do give up a lot for their families.

You can do all kind of surveys or brain scans to try and figure out who's more empathetic, but it's nowhere near reliable as measuring who takes action more. Men come out further than women on action based empathy by far.
