Realistically it's the easiest thing in the world. But practically, it's impossible. Because a young woman doesn't want a decent boyfriend. She wants a guy who will beat her up.

Depending on what resources one wishes to utilize., and whether said resources still exists (certain cultures no longer have those).

Usually families (nuclear & extended) of developing world cultures tend to have various networks to pair up reasonably compatible young folks (though not always, obviously). However in modern developed world secular cultures those networks no longer exists in any meaning extent, due to the oppression they brought upon.

No, you're omitting the most important part: you need to find him attractive and women only find 20% of men as attractive.

Confidence is also a proxy for success and success in dating is about looks and power, so to sum it up, you want someone that is sucessfull and good looking on top of being family centered but also has to have strong values what is incompatible with being sucessfull.

Decent and boyfriend really don't match up so greatly. Most decent men in your age (i'm assuming mid or early twenties) aren't looking for anything so serious. Family? What are you talking about? We're literally in the talking phase.
