There is only so much a man can do to self improve, even then self improvement should only be done because it will make you better as a person and improve your self esteem, you shouldn't try to to self improve to impress girls, it doesn't work, girls want the holy trinity, money, power and status, and it usually comes from a dude that is already in his 50s or 60s, that's why you have 20yo women sleeping with old dudes.

Also society is design for genetic white privilege, if you were lucky enough to be born with certain physical traits, you will get laid easier than others.
