Do what you want. Ride a thousand cocks. Just don't expect me to rescue you with personal efforts or tax dollars when you hit 35 and can't find a man who is willing to commit to you, support you, raise your children, etc.

I don't think hypergamy is a bad thing, but we're at a stage in the west where quite frankly women are taking the piss. What they expect of men compared to what they offer (in general) is simply not a fair deal or anything like it for men, in my opinion.

I've just started reading Rollo 'The Rational Male' Tomassi's new book and he mentions (in his blog too) about open hypergamy, and how the media is now conditioning men to go along with it and view it as a positive thing, which it certainly isn't for men.

I'm guessing it gets shamed when infidelity is involved. If it's just the hypergamy (no infidelity involved), then I'd guess it might be insecurity or faint bp hope in "something more".

red pillers don't shame hypergamy. they accept the fact that there are hypergamous women out there and act accordingly. so, if a guy sees a guy as a slut, he'll treat her that way. but if a guy sees a girl worthy of an ltr, then he'll treat her differently

I'm confused -- unless RP philosophy has changed the universal definition of hyergamy, it simply means marrying above your socioeconomic class - i.e., a middle class woman seeking and/or marrying someone in the upper class. Nothing about 'shopping around for a better, more attractive, richer mate while in a marriage/relationship' which is exactly that.

Isn't it obvious? If you choose a man because he is wealthy then you are showing yourself to be as simple as a whore. You don't actually care about the guy or have any depth of feeling, he is just a tool for you to use. It shows you are selfish and unafraid to use and manipulate others, (lack of empathy). Why would I want to spend time around a dull, shallow minded woman like that, who thinks life is all about money. It's actually worse than prostitution, because at least there the woman is being upfront and fully honest.

Hypergamy is also a disaster because more women are earning good money and if they want to be that way there will be less men above them. Their whoring will leave them and a lot of men lonely. So by all means, think hypergamy is ok, but don't delude yourself into thinking you are somehow better or different to a whore, or that you will be looked at as a grown up. You actually perpetuate this idea that women are children when you try to rationalize hypergamy. That I agree with feminists about. Women need to respect themselves more by not relying on a man for their own self worth.
