Good on ya... I got burned by lawyers and then she stole my son. Moved him 300 km's away then wanted me to travel to see him. Judge put a kaibosh on that notion. The justice system for child custody is broken here in Canada.

I'm relieved to hear that CPS warned her about constantly calling. I had somebody file a false report with CPS on me before. They told me it goes on my record for 18 months (because the claim was unfounded). I asked them what would happen if the guy just kept calling CPS and making false claims. Their response was "Because it's anonymous, we really can't do anything". So to clarify, I asked "So if somebody were to file a false report every 18 months it would technically be on somebody's record forever". Their response: Yes.

I considered just doing the same thing back to the dude but then it hit me that wasting their resources would be cold hearted considering they do have real cases to get to.

My story is not dissimilar..Caught her cheating,had pics of her webcamming w another guy. Wasnt sure what to do, but then she left me..So I basically threatened her w letting her family, his family, his business neighbors(he had a small business in a strip mall) see these pics of those two playing w themselves. So I ended up w split custody, no support, kept my pensions, and all she got was 6k from a 401 k, and 300 a month for 8 months, so cost me 9k, but i kept the house, etc. leverage works if you keep your cool.
