Well. I have always been masturbating, and orgasm often and easily, and am very happily married with a satisfying sex life.

My friend never masturbates, has never orgasmed. This made her resent sex once life got busier with kids, so her lovelife dwindled and her marriage is on the rocks.

Orgasms burn calories and have plenty health benefits. Better to be relaxed and just do it.

A woman masturbating is seen as attractive because it shows they are sexually available. Men masturbating is just indicating their lack of skill at getting a woman. But this is just the most primal way we view masturbation between the sexes. I don't think there's anything wrong with you doing it on a regular basis as long as you don't fantasize too much or watch porn because this might inhibit you from orgasming when you have sex.

If it feels good, do it. The important thing is you are comfortable with your own sexuality and you know how to get yourself off. That puts you leagues ahead of a lot of women. To know thyself, and to know what buttons to push, will only help you have better sexual relationships in the future. To me, that sounds pragmatic and healthy.

Do as much as you can. Also, try different things; not just in/out, not just vibrator, and not just lying on the bed rubbing your vulva against a pillow either... get to know your body ,how it works, what kind of triggers you have etc. will help you a lot when you're having sex with partner(s).
